TIPS FROM HANDYMAN ROBIN Here you will find pointers on the items that are most often overlooked. Maintenance is one of the most important things to remember for your home. Maintenance can save you thousands of dollars. The best example of the need for regular maintenance is the maintenance of caulking and painting.

Caulking and Painting are relatively easy to do, however they are also easy to not do. Our trucks come fully loaded and equipped to handle all your maintenance needs.Caulking and Painting are complicated when they involve high ladder work. Most people are not skilled to do this kind of work safely nor do they have the proper ladders to accomplish the job.HandymanRobin has a collection of ladders and scaffolding large enough to handle any job that comes our way.

The job shown in this photo is the perfect example of neglected maintenance.  Notice the beam that supports the roof? The flat surface on the top of the beam was neglected for years (out of sight, out of mind)  Notice the selection of ladders and scaffolding needed to Do this job. The scaffolding was even used as a platform to place a bottle jack to slightly lift the roof and support it while the end of the dry rotted beam was surgically cut out.The patched section of beam was inserted from the safe comfort of the scaffolding, glued, screwed, bolted caulked, primed and painted.
